Note

These notes catch up with several releases since our last published update on 2025.7.2 and are current as of the 2025.7.18 version of the platform.

Computed Joins

Create new containers by joining data across different datastores. Supports multiple join types (Inner, Left, Right, Full Outer) with intuitive field mapping, custom expressions, and filters for flexible cross-datastore analysis.

Enhanced Bulk Check Management

Bulk management has been enhanced to give users more flexibility and control over large sets of checks. A new Additional Metadata field in the Bulk Edit dialog lets you apply metadata across multiple checks at once, without updating each individually.

The Archived tab now supports more actions. In addition to deleting archived checks, you can activate them or move them back to draft status directly from the check list.

Email Notification Subjects

You can now specify a custom subject when setting up an email notification, giving you control to add meaningful context to your notifications.

Record Limit Configuration

Set custom record limits manually in Profile, Scan, and Flow operations. A dropdown provides quick access to common values (1M, 10M, 100M, All).

Improved Datastore Deletion Experience

Deletion dialogs now provide clearer feedback. Error messages appear directly in the dialog, and when deleting an enrichment datastore, the number of linked source datastores is displayed with clearer labels.

General Fixes and Improvements

Fixes (9)

  • Addressed modal dismissal issues across multiple dialogs where clicking outside or pressing ESC would cause accidental closure and data loss
  • Fixed "Open in new tab" and "Copy link" actions for checks and anomalies that were not functioning correctly
  • Fixed source record formatting for 'Is Replica Of' anomalies when the check configuration changes after anomaly detection
  • Fixed an issue where anomaly URLs generated from the check side panels were not functioning correctly when shared
  • Fixed incorrect redirection after creating checks from templates
  • Fixed an issue where source records weren't displaying correctly during dry run operations
  • Corrected cloning behavior to preserve tags from the check being cloned
  • Fixed scan operations failing after deleting or unlinking enrichment datastores
  • Corrected failed checks information in anomaly responses to accurately reflect the historical check version at the time the anomaly was detected, rather than showing the current check version

Improvements (3)

  • Added dry run support for draft checks to validate results before activation
  • Added the ability to unlink enrichment datastores directly from the settings dialog without requiring deletion
  • Enhanced catalog operation to properly recognize subdirectories within partitioned file structures

As usual, our User Guide and accompanying Change Log captures more details about this release.
